The App Store now allows publishers to offer subscriptions to their magazines, newspapers and other content. Titles like everyday, she and Popular Science already offer subscriptions, and more publishers are follow soon.

Here is the latest project Magazine for iPad, as "revolutionary" Virgin Publishing of Richard Branson only iPad:

Yup, it is a white space above. As in, there is still no update to the project. Here's what the project originally promised to offer:

The project is a monthly magazine which will change every day, every hour - minute by minute sometimes - give to the world of the early adopters audience a month of entertainment for less that the price of a decent Cup of coffee.

Here is what it has actually delivered so far: one question. Not a terrible one by any means, but not a burned worldwide magazine iPad either. OH and not a single content update in more than a month. In fact, not even a second issue now that more than a month has elapsed since the issue of the debut hit the App Store.

The application is definitely fun to watch. Layout, typography and images to the application are a real pleasure to spend time with. Many people is comparing Flipboard - another important social magazine named iPad APP of the year by Apple. Parallels have developed excellent page and envy magazine - but it covers of Twitter, only, while Flipboard has a broader focus.

It is easy to find a lot of good content to convert a TweetMag magazine. There is a category with many subsections section, so you can choose the topics that interest you the most. The interface is great for adding new magazine to your own Favorites bar staff - you just tap and drag the bar at the top and add sections to the things you want to follow.

Although you cannot accommodate new tweets, you can reply and retweet other elements. There is a record Instapaper option but no ability to favorite a tweet is rather a big miss - but I hope that something will be added in an update soon.

Time magazine has iPad to number 1 in their list of the year 2010 Gagdets.

No big shocker here, as I expect lots of end-of-year journey iPad prices like this, but the time is a big name, and it is good to see the iPad recognized in their list. Why is their choice for the gadget of the year the following their blurb:

It is not the first touchscreen tablet in the history of computing, but it is easily the most successful so far. With 3 iPads million sold in their first month only and an interactive market and magazines created newspapers almost every night, Apple finally succeeded in making the calculation of cool tablet.
