This week Apple advocates a strong new content for young readers in its iBookstore devices iPad and iOS - Picture Books for children. Here is the tone of the elevator for new content by e-mail promo Apple about it:
For young readers, images and words are equally important. Now, with the latest version of the application of the iBook, you can enjoy your preferred display of magnificent colours, children's picture books of two pages on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.
Download iBook 1.2 and browse our collection of books of newly added images, Ian Falconer's Olivia and Nancy Jane O'Connor fantasy classic comforting Nancy Tillman, on the night you Were Born.
I'm just a very quick look at the new section - but it looks good so far. You can browse by-0-2_,_3-5 and 6-8 - age groups and popovers for each title is when you click on standard iBook.
There are certainly a few titles in the region who are featured (or used to be) favorites of my daughter, so I'm going to give these a more close to the watch later with her.
Books on the first page features at a price of $ 3.99 to $ 12.99 - Beach and the handle, I searched and compared to appear to be priced identical to Kindle Edition.
