Yelp - restaurant and points of interest found app - has recently been updated for a universal application. So it now fully supports the iPad. Yelp has long been one of my favorite apps for iPhone - finding sites and now, I'm sure it will be on the iPad as well.
The application provides the user reviews and a wealth of information on a wide range of places, and obtained a strong set of features.
You can find the latest version of Yelp in the Bank application now, and it is a free application.
